The Samely application is built to foster respectful and genuine social interactions among adults. To ensure that the community remains supportive and secure, all members must abide by basic rules of mutual respect, equality, and lawful behavior.
Each user is accountable for their personal statements, uploaded media, and interactions on the platform.

We prohibit posting, transmitting, or engaging in the following conduct across all sections of the application, including profile cards, Feed posts, comments, and private or group messages:
- Minors under 18: Minors under 18 are not permitted to register an account or use the app. Falsifying age is strictly prohibited.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAM / CSAE): We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for any content, depiction, solicitation, or text depicting or facilitating the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
- Harassment and hate speech: Abuse, bullying, targeted insults, defamation, or speech attacking individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
- Violence and threats: Direct threats of physical harm, incitement to violence, glorification of violent acts, or terrorism.
- Sexually explicit material and nudity: Depictions of sexual acts, explicit genitalia, or solicitation of commercial sexual services.
- Scams, fraud, and spam: Financial swindles, phishing attempts, pyramid schemes, illegal money lending, or bulk unsolicited promotional messages.
- Impersonation: Creating accounts pretending to be another person or misrepresenting identity to deceive other members.
- Doxxing and privacy invasions: Disclosing another person's personal phone number, private photos, physical address, or identifying data without consent.
- Illegal contraband: Offering or facilitating the sale of illicit drugs, weapons, explosives, or other restricted goods.
- Encouraging self-harm: Promoting, encouraging, or offering instructions regarding suicide or self-inflicted injuries.
- Gaming the points system: Utilizing location spoofers, automated bots, reverse-engineered software, or multi-accounting to manipulate mission points or the scratch card.
3. In-app reporting tools
We provide straightforward tools to help users protect themselves and alert our safety team:
- Submitting a report: On any profile card, Feed post, comment, or within any chat window, tap the Options icon (three dots) and select Report.
- Selecting a reason: Choose the appropriate violation category (e.g., Harassment, Inappropriate Content, Child Safety, Fraud) and provide brief details.
- Confidentiality: Reports are confidential. The reported account is never informed of who initiated the safety report.
- Blocking users: You can choose Block on any profile. Blocked users are immediately hidden from your Home and Area views and cannot send you messages. A blocked user sees a neutral interface state indicating messages cannot be sent.
4. Review process and enforcement
Our moderation operations follow clear procedural steps:
- Intake and assessment: Incoming user reports are logged and reviewed by moderation personnel promptly, typically within 24 hours.
- Evidence review: Reported content is measured against these Community Standards and platform policies.
- Sanctions: Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Remove or hide the offending content.
- Issue an in-app policy warning for minor first-time infractions.
- Temporarily restrict posting or chat privileges.
- Permanently terminate the account and ban the associated device.
- Appeals: If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may email an appeal to contact@samely.app for secondary review.
5. Child safety standards (Google Play compliance)
This section is published in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy for the application named Samely.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Samely has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We treat any such behavior as serious criminal conduct.
Emergency action protocol
- We immediately remove and suppress the offending content across all platform infrastructure.
- We permanently terminate the perpetrator's account and revoke all access credentials.
- We preserve relevant electronic evidence in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
- We escalate and report confirmed CSAM/CSAE incidents to relevant organizations, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and to competent local law enforcement authorities where required by law.

6. Meeting in person safety guidelines
If you and a mutual connection decide to meet in person after chatting on the app, keep these safety recommendations in mind:
- Meet in public: Always choose populated public venues such as coffee shops, restaurants, or busy shopping centers for initial meetings. Avoid private homes or secluded locations.
- Inform a friend: Tell a family member or trusted friend where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you plan to return.
- Arrange your own transportation: Drive yourself or use public transportation and rideshares. Do not rely on a new acquaintance for a ride from your residence.
- Guard your belongings: Keep your drinks, food, and personal items in sight at all times. Keep your phone and wallet secure.
- Leave if you feel uncomfortable: If the other person makes you feel uneasy or pressured, make an excuse and leave immediately.
- Never send or transfer money: Be alert to any requests for loans, wire transfers, financial investments, or emergency money requests from online acquaintances.
- Report suspicious behavior: If someone behaves aggressively, threatens you, or attempts a scam, report and block them in the app so our team can investigate.
